A smooth-running GM 350ci Corvette engine with mild cam is dressed with chrome and billet touches. A 700R transmission carries the power to a stock Chevrolet rear end. The suspension is improved with Mustang II clip with power steering and front disc brakes. Big window cab has been updated with one piece door glass, gauge cluster, tilt chrome steering column, custom steering wheel, air conditioning, power windows and full custom interior. The bed is finished in tinted wood slats with painted rails atop a custom fuel tank with access through the bed. Custom latches secure the tailgate. LED tail lights, sleek exterior mirrors, chrome bumpers front and rear and lowered stance complete the gloss red exterior look. American Racing wheels compliment the 255/50/R17 tires front and rear. This truck originally built in 1983 was fitted with Mustang II cross member and suspension on original frame rails with power steering and disc brakes and a standard GM rear end with disc brake upgrade was used . In 1987 a corvette GM 350 engine and transmission 700 R4 overdrive was installed. In 2014 the vehicle was cosmetically refurbished with paint, interior, glass, bed wood, wiring, dash instruments, wheels.
